Rewards FAQ’S
 
What is the Extreme Rewards Program? This is a program designed specifically to reward those customers who have demonstrated past and present loyalty to the Extreme Motors Dealerships. By simply coming back to the dealership to have all of your service work performed, you will be receiving both immediate and long-term rewards. The immediate rewards are an approximate 10% rebate to be used for future service, parts or accessories. The long-term rewards are accumulated as “dollar-for-dollar” credits to be redeemed at the time of your next new or used car purchase (up to $1000.00).
 
Do I have to have the card each time I come into the Extreme Dealership for service? No, but you should keep your card in your wallet or purse as you would with your credit cards or bank cards. If you leave your card at home, you will still receive the discount as well as have a receipt which would also show your balance. 
 
Is there a limit to how much “dollar-for-dollar” storage I can accumulate? Yes. The parameters are up to $1000.00 U.S. dollars, which can be used by you or an immediate family member for the purchase of a new/used vehicle.
 
Can I “share” my benefits with family members or friends? Yes and no. There can be a transfer of long-term points (transfer has to be in whole). Short-term points, while not transferable from one person to another, can however be transferred to another Extreme Rewards Card at time of purchase of new/used vehicle.
 
Do I keep my same card when I purchase a new/used vehicle? No. Each card is assigned to a specific vehicle (the card goes with the car). As you purchase a new vehicle, you will be given a new card and the process will start over. 
How do I check my balance? Total points standings/balance can be checked by going to www.mellennia.com or by calling 1-877-273-5551Once there, go to the upper right hand corner and click on “card balance.” Type in your 16 digit card number (on the back of your Extreme Rewards Card) TYPE IN ALL 16 DIGITS WITH NO DASHES OR BREAKS. This will show you how much total you have spent (this is the total in long term “points”…. $1000.00 maximum) and will also show current point balance (this is the amount you can use toward your next service visit).
